Cleaning at High Levels

We specialise in cleaning at high level such as atria, warehouses, churches (internally), chiller rooms and plant rooms. We have a dedicated trained group of cleaners who have the skills for cleaning at high levels and where necessary IPAF certificates for operating the required access equipment such as cherry pickers and scissor lifts.

Atria are normally cleaned from scaffolding towers; warehouses and chiller rooms from scissor lifts and churches from cherry pickers.

Warehouses are normally dusted and cobwebbed and wiped down if required. The racking can also be cleaned if present. Floors can be scrubbed and dried also at the conclusion of the high level cleaning.

Chiller rooms normally get blackened ceilings from the blowers and these we clean from ceiling to floor on a yearly or six monthly cycle or as required by the client.

Our cleaners do not use rope access for any of our cleans, but generally there are alternative ways  that we can find to do the cleaning which are less time consuming. However should it be necessary we do have a working contact with cleaners who do use it on all there cleans consequently it is for us far safer to use individuals who are working with ropes all the time.

Another area our cleaners work in is the loft areas of large buildings which often house the plant rooms and all the ducting associated with that building. This ducting very rarely gets cleaned and the build up of dust can often interfere with smoke detectors. These areas probably need cleaning only every 10 years or so.
