 We are an independent local cleaning company with a focus on quality service and

ethical employment practices.  We believe that our values and practices make us stand above the rest.

 We are ethical employers and all of our employees are paid in excess of the national minimum wage. 

We are committed to protecting the health and wellbeing of our
employees.  We do not simply hand out Training Manuals, Health &
Safety Policies, Method Statements, Risk Assessments and COSHH data
sheets. These are all of course; provided to our staff; but we believe
that it is our responsibility to make sure these are understood and the
practices followed rather than simply handed over to tick H&S

boxes.  Lone and Remote Workers undergo specific training in their workplace regarding Personal Safety.

Our staff are provided with professional chemicals and materials
rather than shop-bought products designed for the domestic market. 

Our cleaners undergo ongoing training with us.  This high level of
support, in addition to our results-based bonus schemes ensures low
turnover of staff. 

Our staff can always reach us 24/7, and are never left waiting for
approval on holiday dates, orders for chemicals and materials, or left
without getting the support and advice they need.

We do not tie our customers into lengthy contracts that are difficult
to leave – our terms are very transparent.  30 days notice to cancel
the contract is by far one of the most generous notice

periods you will find in the cleaning industry; an industry where 3 and 5 year contracts are very common.

We operate our office from a business address (as opposed to working from a home address)

which is open to clients from 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday.
