End Of Tenancy Cleans Birmingham

We can carry out full end of tenancy cleans for tenants, landlords and letting agents. These are done to the highest standards so you will be certain to pass any inspection.

Our cleans consist of;

Internal windows, window frames, sills, ceiling fixtures, switches and sockets, skirting, doors, door frames, marks on walls where possible, complete descaling of bathrooms, tiles, sinks, baths, toilets,
pipework, showers, kitchen cupboards (internal if possible), externals to cookers, fridges, washing machines, dishwashers, extractors, hard floors, vacuuming of carpets.

Additional extras would be;

Carpet Cleaning, Oven Cleaning, Internal Cleaning to Appliances.

• 2 bed:        £155 + VAT.
• 3 bed:        £185 + VAT.

OR YOU MAY PREFER TO HAVE AN HOURLY RATE PER CLEANER AND THIS IS, £18.50 + VAT PER CLEANER AND INCLUDES ALL EQUIPMENT, MATERIALS & CLEANING CHEMICALS ANY CARPET CLEANING & OVEN CLEANING ALSO.

Before you make a decision on this it takes two cleaners about 4 - 5 hours to carry out a full clean to a 2 bed property. Carpet cleaning would incur another 1.5 hours and an oven clean takes on average 2 hours.
