End Of Tenancy Cleaning Bournemouth

We carry out full end of tenancy cleans for tenants, landlords and letting agents.

Our cleans consist of;

Internal windows, window frames, sills, ceiling fixtures, switches and sockets, skirting, doors, door frames, marks on walls where possible, complete descaling of bathrooms, tiles, sinks, baths, toilets, pipework, showers, kitchen cupboards (internal if possible), externals to cookers, fridges, washing machines, dishwashers, extractors, hard floors, vacuuming of carpets.

Additional extras would be;

Carpet Cleaning, Oven Cleaning, Internal Cleaning to Appliances.

• 2 bed:        £155 + VAT.
• 3 bed:        £185 + VAT.
• 4 bed:        £235 + VAT.
• 5 bed:        £275 + VAT.

• Studio Flat £105 + VAT

Approximate Costs For Additional Cleaning;

• Internal To Appliances £5 - £15 (+ VAT)
• Oven Cleaning £30 - £60 (+ VAT)
• Carpet Cleaning ...... Double Bed £30 + VAT, Single Bed £20 + VAT, Stairs £2 per Tread, Hallways £5 - £10 (+ VAT), Lounge £40 + VAT
